Sales Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our expanding flexible packaging division.
As the leading independent trade label & flexible packaging printer in the UK, Baker Labels relies on the efficiency and organisation skills of our sales administration team. To meet the growing demand from our customers we are expanding our BakPac sales admin team.
Tasks & Responsibilities
To carry out specific office administrative and customer service-based tasks detailed below, that will provide the key communication link between Sales and Operations.
- Sales admin for BakPac
- Monitoring quotation requests
- Raising orders
- Sending order acknowledgments to customers
- Sending samples to customers
- Setting up new customers on MIS
- Assist with incoming phone calls, providing a high level of customer service
- Any other customer service / admin related tasks
Main purpose of role
- To provide a critical link between the BakPac Sales Inbox and the admin team with proactive communication
- To provide our customers with accurate information as required
- To help with ad hoc tasks as and when required
Skills and experience required
- Have excellent communication skills and a proactive and practical approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate the ability to use own initiative
- Good attention to detail and a conscientious approach to checking the accuracy of information.
- Must be a good team player prepared to work towards the overall team goals
Preferred Qualifications
• Training will be provided, but experience in a print / manufacturing environment would be an advantage
