Are there any requirements for tea product packaging?
The packaging for tea is required keep your product fresh from point of manufacturer through to consumer. Including a resealable zipper on your pouch will maintain freshness between brews.
What special features do you do for tea packaging?
To really make your prodct look special we can add spot embellishments such as foil and varnish. Special laminates that create a different feel to the pouches such as linen effect or soft touch will add a sensory boost to your product.
What is the lead time for tea packaging?
Our standard lead time for pouches is 5 -7 working days from approval of artwork. For printed film it’s just 5 working days after approval. If you need some even faster than that we are always willing to help in an emergency. Hgher volume orders and some spouted process made need a slightly extended lead time.
Do you do an eco-friendly option for loose leaf tea packaging?

What are the barrier requirements for tea products?
Loose leaf tea leaves need a medium barrier to maintain the integrity and flavours while protecting against moisture and oxygen. Once opened, a resealable zipper allows you to protect the freshness of the loose tea leaves between brews.
