We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our expanding flexible packaging division.

As the leading independent trade label & flexible packaging printer in the UK, Baker Labels relies on the efficiency and organisation skills of our customer service team. To meet the growing demand from our customers we are expanding our BakPac team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

To carry out specific office administrative and customer service-based tasks detailed below, that will provide the key communication link between Sales and Operations.

• Manage, allocate and respond to e-mails from Sales email, following e-mail protocol
• Allocating enquiries and orders onto system
• Assist with incoming phone calls, dealing with sales enquiries, customer service etc.
• Document and update customer records accurately on system
• Any other customer service / admin related tasks

     Main purpose of role

    • To provide the very best level of customer service ensuring that all e-mail correspondence is dealt with accurately and efficiently
    • To act as a key point of contact between the Sales & Admin team ensuring that detailed information is communicated effectively

    This is a full-time in-person role, weekdays 8.30am – 5pm. Benefits include complimentary use of our on-site company gym, daily fresh fruit, tea and coffee as well as regular social events and activities.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
    • Previous customer service experience is a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
