STEVE BAKER – THE FOUNDER
The one who started it all.
Steve changed the game in labels — and when he spotted the next big shift, he didn’t hesitate. BakPac was born from that instinct. His knowledge is unmatched, built over decades in the industry, and even now… he’s still thinking ahead.
In the comic, Steve’s along for the ride – but don’t be fooled. He’s seen it all before. While the boys dive headfirst into the unknown, Steve’s enjoying the journey, backing them, and dropping the occasional bit of wisdom (usually with a smile).
These days, he might enjoy a round of golf or a well-earned holiday… but he’s never switched off. Always at events. Always watching. Always thinking about what’s next.
The visionary. The experience. The one who started it all.
TOM BAKER – THE LEARNER
The one asking the questions.
Tom lives in the detail of the business – finance, operations, and making sure everything runs as it should. He’s focused on people, growth, and building something that lasts behind the scenes.
But in the comic?
He’s out of his comfort zone.
Tom’s the one inside the machine, trying to make sense of it all – questioning everything, slightly unsure, but determined to understand. If something doesn’t add up, he’s the one saying it (usually mid-panic).
As seen when he ends up inside the press wondering what’s going on – Tom represents the audience. Learning in real time.
The thinker. The challenger. The one figuring it all out.

The one who knows.
Harry lives and breathes pouches. From materials to machines to market – he knows it inside out. In the real world, he’s leading sales, building relationships, and landing major customers with confidence.
In the comic, he’s the guide.
Calm, confident, and always one step ahead, Harry’s the one explaining the process as it unfolds – even when things get a little… unexpected. He’s the reason the chaos makes sense.
Like when Steve and Tom get pulled into the machine – Harry’s the one on the outside saying “Don’t worry… I’ll talk you through everything” .
