We’re Hiring: Pre-Press Material Coordinator at BakPac

To keep up with the growing demand, we’re on the hunt for a proactive, organised, and hands-on Pre-Press Material Coordinator to help keep our production floor running smoothly.

What’s the role all about?

As our Pre-Press Material Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our production units—moving reels and pallets, prepping supplies, managing materials and keeping everything tidy, tracked, and in the right place. You’ll be an essential part of our process, helping to keep operations smooth and efficient across the board.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Moving BakPac pallets between our production units (A2/A3 and B2)
• Keeping the production floor organised and clutter-free
• Scanning finished reels and ensuring accurate tracking
• Breaking down pallet loads and storing reels in the right press locations
• Staying on top of waste management (including the all-important shredder!)
• Making sure pouch machines are kept supplied and running efficiently
• Returning empty cores and skates promptly
• Cleaning and emptying bins (yes, it matters!)
• Supporting pre-press and loading bay teams with materials movement

What kind of person are we looking for?

• Organised and detail-focused
• Physically fit and happy to be on the move all day
• Reliable, proactive, and always one step ahead
• A team player who understands the importance of workflow and timing

Experience in a production or warehouse environment is a bonus, but if you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll give you the tools and training you need to succeed.
