We’re Hiring: Senior Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused Senior Customer Service Representative to help us deliver the exceptional service we’re known for.
If you’ve got a background in customer service (ideally in print or packaging), love solving problems, and want to play a key role in a team that moves at pace, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Senior Customer Service Role Responsibilities:

This isn’t your average customer service job. You’ll be the go-to person for some of our biggest clients. You’ll be managing relationships, quoting confidently, keeping projects on track-and making sure every touchpoint feels easy, efficient, and professional.
You’ll also be a mentor to junior members of the team, helping them build their confidence and making sure we’re all delivering consistently brilliant service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing key customer accounts from enquiry through to delivery
• Quoting accurately and following up with confidence
• Keeping communication smooth between customers and internal teams (admin, planning, studio)
• Handling sales enquiries over phone and email with professionalism and a can-do attitude
• Supporting junior CSRs and helping them develop
• Sorting any hiccups (NCRs) quickly and professionally with the relevant departments
• Collaborating closely with our sales team to support growth
• Pitching in with ad hoc tasks when needed-because that’s how we work here

What you’ll bring

• Solid experience in a senior-level customer service or account handling role
• Brilliant communication skills-you’ll be confident, clear, and professional
• A cool head when it gets busy (which it often does!)
• Knowledge of print or packaging? Even better
• A positive attitude and a real team player mindset
• Top-notch attention to detail, especially when it comes to quoting and communication
